How a booking runs from brief to files

Send us your brief
Message us on LINE with your brief and reference images, then we agree on the package and shoot date

50% deposit to hold the slot
The remaining 50% is paid before the shoot, once your products reach the studio

Products arrive 4 days ahead
Shipping both ways is on you — please track the parcel so it lands in time

Full brief 7 days ahead
Send the shots you want and any extra reference images ahead of the shoot day

Files in 7-10 days
Delivered as .jpeg — RAW files or a rush turnaround cost extra

Once paid in full, bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and no refunds are given under any circumstance.
If products do not arrive in time for the shoot, we cannot refund or move the date — the schedule is set in advance.
We clean every item, but products that arrive already marked or damaged cannot be reshot or retouched.
If a product has a complex assembly — knots, crossings, special handling — please tell us clearly or send a demo video.
A shoot day is shared across several brands, so on-set decisions rest with the photographer and stylist and may not match the brief exactly.
Some marks on products are unavoidable during a shoot.
We may use the images in our own portfolio, always crediting your brand name under the image when posting to social.
